ABOUT US

Victory house children’s centre is an all year Day Nursery and Afterschool club. The day nursery which offers inspiring childcare comprises a baby room, toddlers room, and pre-school.  Our rooms are beautiful & bright with access to a wealth of resources. Children in our nursery are involved in all kinds of activities which helps to nurture their development. They bake, design, create, weave, dance, navigate, question, get messy, sort, run, jump, build, sing, read and paint. In short, they have fun, they play and they learn.

Our nursery plans its activities in accordance with the EYFS with a strong focus on exploratory, imaginative play and healthy eating. We recognise and understand the huge benefits that free flow play has on the positive development of very young children. Every child in our care is supported by a key person who understands their individual needs and offers special care and support to them.

Rigorous health & safety and safeguarding policies and procedures are in place to ensure that every child is protected and feels safe and happy with us.

We promote the outdoors with access to parks around us where children can explore & be creative discovering nature.

Sending your baby & child to the right nursery is one of the most important decisions you make, therefore viewing is now open and you can book a time to view by calling or sending us an email

Personal development, behaviour and welfare are good

Our child-centred approach promotes the development of creativity, individuality and self-confidence, whilst delivering the highest standards of care.

We offer a high standard of care for up to 69 children aged from 5 months to 5 years and 4 years to 11 years in our After School Club.

In order for us to support your child’s development in the best possible way, we employ fully qualified people with a strong focus on Continued Professional Development.  They all attend regular further training courses, which enables them to bring new ideas and proposals to their daily work – ideas that will also benefit your child.
